Carbon Bike Health Check
FULL HEALTH CHECK
Have you recently had an accident, bought a second hand bike or had your bike been packed away for a few months and you are unsure of its structural health?
Formal reports to assist with insurance or warranty claims
Post-crash and pre-race inspection
Safety MOT.
Your frame and forks along with other carbon components; bars, stem, wheels and seat post are inspected using a variety of non-destructive processes. Some, maybe all, of the following could be used, 3D scanning, microscopes, endoscopes, ultrasound, thermographic imaging, including stress and deflection testing.
Where possible, we will categorise the damage pertaining to the incident described vs other notable damage. Advisory notices might be included if we see potential issues that may need to be attended to in the future. On occasions, we might suggest the carbon component or frameset is replaced, this will be noted in the report/ findings
