Carbon Bike Repair is a premier carbon bicycle repair and paint restoration company based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Due to our ever-growing workload, we are looking at expanding our administration team by hiring a Customer Administrator Assistant / Administrator.

We are looking for a bright enthusiastic person who is not afraid to learn and progress. The candidate must be willing to learn new skills, manage themselves and work in a small team. CBR has a positive attitude with a good team of people both experienced and developing bike related knowledge. We always look forward to engaging new talent to partake in our fast-growing company.

The primary role will involve:

• Providing an administrative service to customers and to the team.
• Booking in bicycles with accurate details of work tickets in our ticketing system.
• Liaising with customers to schedule collection and delivery times by email / phone.
• Packing / unpacking boxes and arranging couriers.
• Assisting the delivery manager to achieve the teams targets.

This is a dynamic hands-on role, you will be asked to perform other duties outside of your primary role to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

Our current working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is essential.
• Methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, is essential.
• Previous experience working in a customer service / admin role, handling emails and telephone communications as well as in-store interactions with customers.
• Experience of MS Office is essential (Outlook, excel, word etc). Any additional experience with ticketing software is desirable but not essential.
• Hands on, ‘can do’, proactive approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
• A motivated person with a friendly positive attitude.
• Organised with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise.• Interest in the bicycle industry or as a hobby is a plus but not essential.

Salary: from £18,000 – £22,000 per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications.
